Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Local pickup is available Monday-Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM Customers can select local pickup at checkout on our website. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry we currently do not offer international shipping.
Where is my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking email once your order ships. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 48 hours of order. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. While we cannot guarantee cancellations, you may contact us at info@gracengrit.com as soon as possible to request one.
What if my order is being returned to the sender?
If your order is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we can resend it to the same or an alternate address for a $6.00 shipping fee. Please contact us for assistance.
What if my package says "delivered," but I can't find it?
Here’s what you can do:
- Check for a delivery attempt notice.
- Ask family members, roommates, or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Wait until the end of the next business day, as carriers may mark items delivered early.
- Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811) or UPS (1-800-742-5877).
