Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Cancellation — Grace 'n Grit works hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. An order cannot be cancelled or changed once it is placed. Discounts cannot be applied after orders are placed. If in any case an order MUST be cancelled — the transaction fee for the total amount will NOT be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be undamaged/unworn. If your items are received to us without tags and are damaged/warn they will not be sent back and no store credit will be applied.
- Tags must be attached
- We are not responsible for any changes that may occur during the care process of your items (discoloring/shrinkage/tears/rips while washing/drying/wearing)-not a reason for return/refund/exchange
- All Sale Items are Final Sale

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days from date of delivery to notify lacey@gracengrit.com with pictures of your damaged/defective item for replacement/refund to be considered. We will do our best to make it right. If the solution results in a return/exchange, the customer will have 3 days from the date of resolution to ship the defective/damaged item back.
Exchanges
Due to our changing inventory and quantities, Grace 'n Grit can not promise your needed item. Exchanges are acceptable. Please email lacey@gracengrit.com and we can verify we have your item in stock. Once verified we will hold the item until we receive your return. Once your return is approved, we will send an invoice for shipping cost + any cost difference that may be applied and get your exchange shipped asap.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

!!REMINDERS!! The Grace 'n Grit is NOT responsible for the following —
- Packages shipped to the wrong address. Always double check that your address is correct. The address we see is the address we ship to. If the wrong address is provided, it will be the customers responsibility for the cost of a new shipping label.
- Any item(s) that become damaged after tags are removed and item(s) have been worn/washed.
- Any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once your package arrives to the carrier, it is out of our control. If you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for more information.
